Refunds and returns:
Refunds are processed only after the product is returned to lilly-allerlei and thoroughly inspected. Please return the product within 14 days after purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to appear on your Account. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. Items being sent back must be in good condition, not used, worn or torn. Payments
Payments are due at the time of ordering. Merchandise will be shipped within 3-10 working days after receiving payment.
